PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl chloride type resin free from bleadout of plasticizer, by treating a conventional vinyl chloride type resin by a low-temperature plasma in the presence of a mixed gas consisting of carbon monoxide and another diluting gas. CONSTITUTION:The objective vinyl chloride type resin with improved surface can be obtained by low-temperature plasma treatment of a vinyl chloride type resin containing a plasticizer, coloring agent, antistatic agent, etc., in an atmosphere of a mixed gas consisting of >=0.5 (pref. 1-50) mole% of carbon monoxide and the rest of a diluting gas such as Ar, He, NH3. |
