<p>PURPOSE:To let the chlorines contained in exhaust gas to be absorbed by directing the exhaust gas containing chlorines from an absorption tower to the second absorption tower in which the aqueous solution of inorganic reducing agents such as sodium thiosulfate, sodium sulfite, etc. are circulated, at the time of absorption of sodium hypochlorite. CONSTITUTION:In a human waste treatment plant, the gas of a charging tank and the atmosphere air in the machine room are mixed, after which it is removed of ammonia and malodorous components by the aqueous solution of sulfuric acid and sodium hypochlorite in a Tellerette packed tower and further the off gas thereof is washed with the aqueous solution of sodium thiosulfate.</p> |
