PURPOSE:To form a cohesion prevention film free of dusts and highly durable, capable of preventing cohesion of rubber layers or a rubber layer and another substance, by forming a fusible coat of thermally fusible and cohesion-free material on the surface of a rubber. CONSTITUTION:A non-adhesive and heat-fusible cohesion prevention agent in a molten state is applied to the surface of a rubber layer at a thickness of 5 to 50mu to form a film and is then cooled. The agent is composed of the following components A and B. A: 100 weight parts of wax-like organic substance such as petroleum wax, low-molecule polyethylene and so forth. B: 50 to 500 weight parts of inorganic powder material having a mean particle size of 0.1 to 30mu, such as talc, cray and so forth. |
