PURPOSE:To enable to deliver the oscillation of the oscillator to the oscillated body efficiently with a simple constitution, by providing the ceramic oscillator at the back of the oscillating plate and the oscillation plate in front of it. CONSTITUTION:At the back of the oscillation plate 11, the ceramic oscillator 12 for oscillation is bonded, and the oscillation plate 14 to deliver the oscillation of the oscillator to the oscillated body 13 such as air is mounted in front of it with lamination. Accordingly, the oscillation of the oscillating body can efficiently be delivered to the oscillated body 13 with a simple constitution. |
