NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody-producing cell line obtained by fusion between a cell line of myeloma origin and the mouse spleen cells sensitized with the immunogen consisting of a conjugate between a trinitrobenzene (derivative) and a bovine gamma-globulin followed by cloning, with the immuniglobulin produced in a culture supernatant specifically bonding to the trinitrobenzene (derivative). USE:Reagents for immunoassay for trinitrobenzenes. PREPARATION:For example, a Balb/c mouse is immunized with a immunogen prepared by linking a compound of the formula (X is CH3, SO3, COO, SH, NH2 or OH) (e.g., sodium trinitrobenzenesulfonate) to a bovine gamma-globulin followed by collecting the spleen cells, which are then fused with a cell line of myeloma origin followed by screening and then cloning by critical dilution, thus obtaining the objective monoclonal antibody-producing cell line.
|
