Process for the preparation of novel ergoline compounds

The novel ergoline compounds correspond to the formula I <IMAGE> in which the symbols have the meaning given in the Patent Claim. These compounds, which can additionally be converted into their acid addition salts, are obtained by reacting a corresponding 8 alpha -(R3HN-)ergoline compound with agents introducing the R4 radical. The novel ergoline compounds are distinguished by pronounced dopaminergic and prolactin secretion-inhibiting properties.
