PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous operation of a deceleration speed sensor accompanied with the opening/closing of a door by arranging a winding-up device for a seat belt on a door side and arranging a deceleration speed sensor, driving device, etc., for driving the winding-up device on collision, onto a car body side. CONSTITUTION:When a door 1 is opened, a seat belt 3 shifts forward together with a window frame, and the restraint for a driver is released. When the door 1 is closed, the seat belt 3 connected with a shoulder anchor 5 is allowed to approach to the shoulder of a driver through a through ring 6. At the same time, the output shaft 13 of a power unit P installed onto a car body side is engaged with an input shaft 14 installed on the door 1 side. When a shock deceleration speed is generated when a vehicle collides, a driving device 10 is started by the signal of a deceleration speed sensor 9. Therefore, the output shaft 13 and input shaft 14 turn, and the seat belt 3 is wound up sharply by a winding-up device 2, and the restraint force for the driver is increased. |
