PURPOSE:To produce tyre tube having improved anti-cohesion characteristic of unvulcanized rubber, without generation of dusts, by applying a specific anti-cohesion agent to the inner and outer surfaces of an unvulcanized rubber tube extruded into a hollow cylindrical form. CONSTITUTION:A thermall-fusible anti-cohesion agent is prepared by mixing 100 weight parts of wax-like inorganic material substance having a melting point ranging between room temperature and 150 deg.C, such as petroleum wax, low-molecule polyethylene and so forth, with 10 to 1000 weight parts of inorganic powder of a particle size ranging between 0.1 and 30mu such as talc, clay or the like. The agent is applied to the inner or outer surfaces of an unvulcanized rubber tube extruded in a hollow tubular form to a thickness of 5 to 50mu. After forming the film, the rubber is cut at a predetermined length and vulcanized with the opposite ends jointed to each other. |
