PURPOSE:To increase the sound quality as well as simplify the structure through prolonged reproduction in terms of time by providing two units of the magnetic reproduction head equidistantly on one unit of the rotor and securing a contact for the magnetic tape to half part of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:Reproduction heads 13 and 14 are provided equidistantly on the circumference of rotor 12 which is driven by the motor, and magnetic tape 15 has a contact to half of the circumference of rotor 12 via tape guides 16 and 17. Tape 15 is sent by 1/2 speed of the recording time, and heads 13 and 14 are turned also by 1/2 speed in the opposite side. Thus the relative speed between the tape and the heads becomes identical to the tape running speed of the recording time, and as a result the signal featuring the equal frequency to the original signal can be reproduced. The reproduction is carried out by head 13 for the time from t=0 to t=2T and then by head 14 from t=2T to t=4T respectively. And the reproduction sound is magnified double in terms of time and in the form of the original signal. Furthermore, in this structure, an advantage is secured in that only the surface of the magnetic tape where the magnetic material is coated has a contact to the reproduction head. |
