<p>PURPOSE:The efficient and economical rotary aerating device which is capable of giving ecologically ideal environments to microbes and provides high degrees of purification power. CONSTITUTION:A cord-form contact material 8 provided with a multiplicity of ring-form small yarn bodies 7 radially in all directions is spread and fixed from the central part of a disc form frame body 9 in arbitrary states such as radial, spiral, concentrical and other to form a disc form contact material 10. A plurality of these are arrayed parallel by providing spacings and are fixed to a revolving shaft part 11. The disc-form contact materials 10 are rotated at the specified low speed by a turning operation part 13 and the disc-form contact members 10 are dipped in the waste water 2 in the waste water treating vessel 5, where microbes are surely deposited and propagated on the cord-form contact materials 8 fixed to the disc- form contact materials 10. The microbes decompose and purify the organic substances in the waste water and when exposed to air owing to the rotation of the disc-form contact members 10 they takes in sufficient oxygen in air.</p> |
