PURPOSE:To enhance melting efficiency by letting heating means enter the inside of solid material and making them movable. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with bar-form heating elements 1, a supporting mechanism 2 which supports the root end parts of said bar-form heating elements 1, a linear movement mechanism 3 which inserts the abovementioned heating elements 1 into material and lets them detach therefrom by approaching and detaching said supporting mechanism and solid material, and a circular movement mechanism 4 which slews the abovementioned heating elements 1 inserted into the material or said solid material in the direction rectangular to the heating elements 1 and expands the slewing angle that the heating elements 1 draw in the material with the insertion position as a center along with the expansion of the melting region.
