<p>The calculator is designed to enable persons involved in the transaction of any sort of loan or hire purchase agreement to easily arrive at the numerical details of total costs, repayment installments, frequency of repayments, rates of insurance and other parameters any or all of which may be variable. The design is based on permanent programme, stored on the memory chip. Considerable time which would normally be spent in carrying out calculations based on complex algorithms are quickly and accurately accomplished by selecting parameters to be varied using specific keys on the keyboard. Data is entered by numeric keys and displayed by conventional devices. Different specific programms may be used allowing the execution of different routines and conferring different functions upon the parameter keys.</p> |
