The weatherproof insulation for the chamber of roller shutter blinds has wind dust deflector in rigid synthetic material or in light alloy and front and back longitudinal joints made from synthetic material. The roller shutter blind slides down between the lintel and the window or door fixed frame between the exterior longitudinal joints fixes to the deflector and the interior longitudinal joints fixed to the frame, the latter forming the insulating zone.
