摘要 <p>In the known process for prodn. of solid electrolyte condensers by coating an anode of valve metal, eg. Ta or Al with a solid dielectric by anodic oxidn. and a Mn oxide coating formed by multiple pyrolysis stages, the number of pyrolyses is substantially reduced and the intermediate forming operation emitted. A cathodic coating is finally applied by dipping in a suspension of water-soluble binder pref. methyl cellulose, cellulose glycollate or polysaccharides and salts of glucoronic acid, water, graphite and MnO2. Residual current is kept to the same low level as in the conventional process with double the number of pyrolysis states and an intermediate forming stage. The loss factor is also reduced.</p>
