<p>The clamping lock is for the tension rings round wooden silos etc. It accommodates two opposite ring ends in guides alongside each other, each with a stop for the tension nut screwed onto the ring end. It is in two parts (5, 6), each having a bearing plate (7) with two holes (8, 9) through which the ring ends (11) pass, while a length of pipe (13) is fixed to each plate in line with one of the holes. The free end of this pipe (16) bears against the inside (12) of the bearing plate on the other part, while the outside of each plate acts as a stop for the tension nut.</p> |
