摘要 <p>The sensor consists of a feeler brought into contact with a workpiece and mounted on a baseplate, which is connected to the body of the sensor via at least one flexible coupling. The sensor body is located between piece and a tool which are to be aligned w.r.t. each other; and the sensor body contains a signal transmitter feeding an electronic circuit employed to move either the piece, or the tool, until alignment is achieved, and without making contact with the tool. The pref. appts. includes three parallel plates joined together via two pairs of flexible spring steel plates located at 90 degrees w.r.t. each other to make a flexible sensor body contg. two LEDs and two differential photoelements. The electronic circuit can be used to actuate a servomotor moving either the piece or tool to ensure accurate alignement.</p>
