PURPOSE:To obtain the steady micro-oscillation signal by branching the conductor at the position where the RF signal is attenuated sufficiently by the resistance film at the end area of the strip line conductor on the dielectric substrate and with supply of the DC power source or the low frequency signal. CONSTITUTION:Conductor 3' of the lambda/4 line is branched at the position where the RF signal is attenuated sufficiently by resistance layer 8 of conductor 1 possessing Gunn diode 2 and directional coupler 6. An DC power source 10' is applied via conductor 3'. Thus if the resistance component is given before the RF choke, the value of Q is reduced to secure a wide band. Thus the effect of the RF choke impedance can be reduced over a wide range, obtaining the steady micro-oscillation signal.
