Nuclear reactor guidance assembly on three dimensional railway truck - uses triangularly grooved wheels spring clamped to hexagonal track

The hexagonal track is gripped by two wheels having matching triangular notches around their circumferences. The wheels rotate on four ball bearings and are held in forked holders which are connected by supporting arms to the track. They have limited rotation about the bearing bolt axis. A spring holds the wheels onto the track. One corner of the track is rounded off to allow for incomplete matching of the wheels to the track. Used in measuring-and testing devices etc.
