摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the signal detection sensitivity by implanting the fixed DC charge from the forefront step as well as the DC charge and the signal charge from each step excepting the forefront step and at the same time flowing out the fixed DC charge. CONSTITUTION:DC charge implanting means 2 is provided to the forefront step of charge transfer means 1 plus signal charge implanting means 3a, 3a'... provided to each step excepting the forefront step. These implanting means implant the signal charge supplied through terminals 4a, 4a'... into means 1 after giving the weighting in accordance with the control voltage supplied via terminals 5a, 5a' and so on. Furthermore, charge flowing means 6a, 6a'... are provided to each step excepting the forefront step to flow out the charge equivalent to the DC component of the signal charge implanted through means 3a, 3a' and so forth, and the charge is flown outside via terminals 7a, 7a' and so on. Also output means 8 is provided to the output step to detect the signals received the delay, addition and subtraction each at each step. As a result, the DC charge can always kept constant for each step, thus increasing the signal detection sensitivity.
