The signal output from a first inverter is fed back through a resistor to its input, and also connected to the input of a second inverter. Output of the latter is the generator output and is fed back through a capacitor to the first inverter input. The signal input of the first inverter can be, or is connected through a first terminal to a frequency determining control element and also to a reference potential supplying both the generator and the control element.
