<p>A contact and voltage controlled electronic switch and sensor are used for model railways. Pure electronic contactless switching and sensing of impulse operation are obtained either by touching of a sensor contact surface or through a voltage impulse at the control input which can be produced by electronic, electromechanical or electromagnetic construction elements. A short impulse and permanent voltage from the switches and keys is obtained during switching. A new impulse is not produced by repeated touching of the switch and key when these have previously been switched. Electric interdependence is given to any number of train units. During switching through of one unit the other connected units are either cut off or are switched through with it in accordance with the application required and with an indication of the switching situation by an indicator light.</p> |
