PURPOSE:To reduce the area for reserving a standard solution, facilitate its maintenance, simplify dilution handling in preparation for working curve solution and reduce the number of tools used and their cleaning process by using a standard solution of multiple elements mixed. CONSTITUTION:The standard solution of multiple mixed elements which are composed of more than two is diluted for analysis. The atomic absorption of each solution is measured by changing its dilution and the working curve of more than two elements is made from one standard solution. It is prefered that the elements affected by other coexisting elements are prepared apart from those which are not affected by them. |
