PURPOSE:To increase the signal detection sensitivity by implanting the signals received the weighting with the positive or negative weight coefficient in the form of the signal charge to each step and then flowing them out from each step. CONSTITUTION:The DC charge implanting means 2 is provided to the forefront step of charge transfer means 1, and signal charge implanting means 4a-4d are provided to each step to supply the input signals which received the weighting with the positive weight coefficient in accordance with the control voltage supplied via terminals 3a-3d. Furthermore, signal charge flowing means 6a-6d are provided to each step to flow out the input signals which received the weighting with the negative weight coefficient in accordance with the control voltage supplied through terminals 5a-5d. At the same time, the output means is provided to the output step to detect the signals which received the delay, addition or subtraction through each step of means 1. As a result, the output charge is piled on with the AC charge which deflects positively and negatively centering on the DC charge which is supplied from the forefront step, and accordingly the Dc charge increased more and more toward the output step can be eliminated.
