PURPOSE:To obtain the flat acoustic output frequency characteristics by coating the area near the top of the vibrator main body with the coating material composed of the light-weight and high-rigidity substance into a body and then sealing the coil bobbin to the coated material. CONSTITUTION:Vibrator main body 10 formed with the foamed resin into nearly a conical shape is unified with coating material 11 composed of the light-weight and high-rigidity substance at the area near top part 10a of main body 10, and then voice coil bobbin 12 for driving purpose is adhered and fixed to material 11. As a result, the attachment accuracy can be increased with intensification of the attachment assured, thus obtaining the even acoustic output characteristics. At the same time, the heat generation of coil 12 can be discharged via material 11 to increase the heat resistance for the whole speaker. In addition, the evil effect due to the natural vibration of body 10 can be prevented to the acoustic output characteristics since the entire area near part 10a of body 10 is driven via material 11. |
