摘要 PURPOSE:To stop the operation of robbot when the signal operating the robbot is outside the permissible limit, by providing the runaway detection circuit in the servo amplifier operating the robbot. CONSTITUTION:The digital signal stored in the memory unit 5 is converted into analog signal with the D/A converter 6 and it is fed as the approximate position set signal to the servo amplifier 7. The deviation between the signal inputted via the inversion amplifying circuit 7a and the position detection signal fed back from the potentiometer 2 at the addition circuit 7b is outputted, the deviation signal is converted into current signal at the voltage-current conversion circuit 7c, it is fed to the servo valve 8 via the switch 7d and the robbot 1 is operated as the instruction. The runaway detedtion circuit 7e checks the position detection signal from the potentiometer 2 and detects any failure in the operation of the robbot 1, then it opens the switch 7d to stop the operation of the robbot 1.
