1) The present invention relates to a process for extracting Globularia alypum, Globularia vulgaris and related species belonging to the Globulariaceae family, according to which the whole plant, stems or the leaves are preferably treated by means of two extraction solvents differing in polarity. 2) The extract obtained according to this process is useful in human and veterinary therapy, in particular in the treatment of brucellosis. |
