PURPOSE:To from rolled bar steel to accurate sizes by disposing a pair or plural pairs of forming rollers on the exit side of the final rolling rolls of rolling roll groups for bar steel. CONSTITUTION:When a rolled bar steel material 1 of a square or circular section emits from the final rolling rolls 2, it is sent between forming rolls 5, 5 by way of a stripper guide 4 provided with the rolling material pass line 3 in-between. The forming rolls 5, 5 are provided with hole dies 6, 6 corresponding to the section of the rolling material 1 and the rolling material 1 is carried into this. The shape of the portions which could not have been precision-molded by the rolling rolls is formed and rolled accurately to normal sizes. Both ends of the revolving shaft 14 of rollers 5, 5 are rotatably supported by way of bearings 15 to a pair of cylindrical supporting sleeves 16, and the forming rollers 5, 5 are moved by the revolution of the supporting sleeves 16, whereby the opening thereof is made adjustable. |
