PURPOSE:Insert plate is set inside die space and it is pressed and deformed by the rod supported flexibly by means of spring. By doing so, the insert plate, without effecting preliminary machining, can be deformed only in the setting state to simplify the process. CONSTITUTION:An insert plate 6 is set inside the die space and then a cavity die 2 is jointed to a core die 1. Then, a rod 8 with the operation of spring, is pressed so as to deform a plane plate 6 into the waving shape. In this state, resin for forming operation is poured with pressure to the space in the die for effecting the forming. EFFECT:As preliminary machining of the plate is not required, easy setting of the plate into the die space can be attained. |
