发明名称 COPY TRANSFERRING MATERIAL TO MATERIAL CONSISTING OF ANODE ALUMINUM OXIDE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a copy transferring material that transfers a special loose layer, patterned ink layer and adhesive resin layer to a plane, cylindrical captioned material prepared on the basic material consisting of twin-screw drawn polyester film. CONSTITUTION:On the basic material consisting of twin-screw drawn polyester film, a loose layer 3 of compound consisting of loose PVC rubber, or acrylic resin and cellulose resin is formed. The loose layer 2 is printed with ink layer 3 for desired pattern using the ink including acrylic resin and sublimate dispersed dye. Then acrylic resin adhesive layer 4 is uniformly print-coated to cover the ink layer 3 with the resulting formation of copy transferring material A. Adhesive layer 4 of this copy transferring material A is hot pressed on a transferring material 5 consisting of anode aluminum oxide. After dry heating, dye in the ink layer 3 is transferred via adhesive layer 4 to form a pattern 7.
