<p>PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and to save lavor of the replacement of filter medium by opening a discharge port to withdraw from a main body small refuses which remain in the inside of a second filter medium. CONSTITUTION:Big refuses in fused foamed styrol pushed out from a connecting port 11 of an extruder main body 10, are filtered off by means of a first filter medium 18 arranged facing the connecting port 11 within a main member 15. The fused foamed styrol passed through the first filter medium 18 is filtered off by means of a tapered tubular second filter medium 21, and withdrawn from a nozzle 27 which is opened at the top part of the member 15. A small amount of refuses remaining in front of the first filter medium 18 can be removed in a simple manner by loosing a bolt 17, rotating the main member 15 by means of a hinge 16 and releasing the refuses from the connecting port 11. Small refuses remaining in the inside of the second filter medium 21 are withdrawn together with the fused foamed styrol from the main body 10 by rotating a handle 32 and instantaneously opening a discharge port 31.</p> |
