PURPOSE:In cutting coil-like hot rolled steel plates in a shear line, and thereafter piling them, to make it possible to continuously sort the lots and facilitate the transport of each of the lots. CONSTITUTION:Steel plates 1... cut in the shear line are caused to fall on an accepting bedplate 6 through the spaces formed between a conveyor 4 and rolls 5 and 5, and then piled. The accepting bedplate 6 is mounted on a raising and lowering tool 10 raised and lowered by the operation of a hydraulic cylinder 15 and every time one sheet of the steel plates 1 is loaded thereon, it is caused to fall at a predetermined quantity and the uppermost steel plate is situated at a position of a predetermined height. Now, when a predetermined number of steel plates are piled, a push rod 17 is pushed out by a cylinder 16, and while a tape 20 the proximal end of which is held by a grip 22 is delivered from a reel 19, it is loaded on the steel plate 2. Thereafter, subsequently the steel plates 2 are fed, whereby the tape 20 is clamped between the steel plates 2 to sort the same. |
