PURPOSE:To make it possible to display a display picture in a desired position with a desired size by providing a picture control circuit to amplify X-axis and Y-axis deflection signals of the radiation image from a focus part, which is inputted to a Braun tube, with a desired amplification factor. CONSTITUTION:The radiant ray emitted from a patient's body whom a radio isotope is supplied is detected by a detector, and X-axis and Y-axis deflection signals X and Y obltained from the incident position and Z-axis signal Z formed according to the intensity of the incident radiant ray are inputted to a picture control circuit, and signals X and Y are amplified with a desired amplification factor by amplifiers 7A and 7B to output signals X' and Y', and simultaneously, signals X' and Y' are compared with reference signals E1 and E2 by comparator circuits 7C and 7D; and if they are in the reference level, AND circuit 7E operates the AND logic between signal Z and them and outputs signal Z'. The next-stage display unit displays a luminous point on a basis of these three signals, and the picture is expanded into a desired size by amplified signals X' and Y'.
