PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform always a high-precision dispensation by performing dispensation and drop of sample residual componets at the dispensation tube tip during a time when a sending screw which drives a syringe at every injection is rotated once in the dispenser for many serum samples. CONSTITUTION:Sending screw 35 is rotated through timing belt 43 and pulley 40 by the rotation of pulse motor 41, and piston 32C of syringe 32 is moved by the upward of downward movement of driving operation block 39, and suction of a sample and exhaust of the sample to a reaction vessel dependent upon the dispensation tube and suction and jet of drop liquid for dropping the sample, which is residual at the dispensation tube tip, into the reaction vessel are performed through tube 44. Then, in case that divisional injection is advanced by the unit quantity feeding of belt 43, one dispensation is always started from start point S even if center O of the rotation of pulley 40 is off from true center Ot, and divisional injection is performed during a time when pulley 40 is rotated by length l, and drop liquid is jetted in the left section to start point S, so that the influence of the movement quantity fluctuation of piston 32C dependent upon off-center is eliminated, and a high-precision sample dispensation is possible. |
