PURPOSE:To smoothly allow a current collector make contact with trolleys in a vehicle current collecting system by mutually connecting a main trolley to an auxiliary trolley and providing a tapered portion at th connection between the main trolley to the auxiliary trolley. CONSTITUTION:A current feeding trolley consists of main trolleys 11, 12 and auxiliary trolley 3 provided between the main trolleys 11 and 12. A vehicle 4 incorporates upper and lower contactors 7 and 6 provided on a supporting plate 5 to receive current from the trolley. The contractor 6 makes contact with only the main trolley at the portion designated by A-A in cross section. A tapered portion 10 is provided at the connecting portion between the main trolley and the auxiliary trolley at the portion designated by B-B in cross section. Thus, the contactor 7 gradually makes contact with the auxiliary trolley, and only the contactor 7 makes contact with the trolley at the portion designated by B-B in cross section. |
