PURPOSE:To provide a recording ink for ink-jet recording, having excellent storage stability, jetting stability, jetting responce, long-term recordability, and low environmental pollution, containing a benzoic acid ester. CONSTITUTION:A recording liquid medium for ink-jet recording (recording with droplets of ink jetted through a recording head nozzle), composed of (A) a major component such as ethyl alcohol, propyl alcohol, etc., and (B) pref. 10-90% of a benzoic acid ester (e.g. methyl benzoate, ethyl benzoate, etc.). |
