PURPOSE:To protect human body and mold by providing nozzles at the mold for injecting mold release agent and lubricant to the molding surfaces to thereby coat the mold release agent on the inner wall of the mold without inserting human body or tool or the like into the mold. CONSTITUTION:Upper nozzles 4 are provided at the lower mold 3, and lower nozzles 5 are provided at the upper mold 2 to inject to coat the mold release agent and lubricant on the inner wall of the mold. The mold release agent and lubricant are fed under pressure by a pump. The mold release agent and lubricant are coated on the upper surface of a work inserted between the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 3 by the upper nozzles 4 and on the lower surface of the work by the lower nozzles 5. The disposition, number, direction and injecting output or the like of the nozzles are suitably determined by the type, shape and molding process or the like of the mold. |
