The ski (5) has plates set into it to anchor the bindings for the boot. One plate (36) is fixed at the front and one at the back (38) corresponding to the placing of the toe and heel clamps, and separated by a fixed distance independent of the size of the boot. The plates are joined by a longitudinal bar (40) and form a single piece with this. They are hollow (41, 42, 43) to diminish their influence on the flexibility of the ski. Each of the plates have sleeves (37a, 37b, 39a, 39b) with holes (80), preferably tapped, into which the fixing screws are fixed.
|
