PURPOSE:To realize a small-size phase shifter featuring a facilitated manufacture by using the element obtained by connecting the diode and the inductor in series. CONSTITUTION:The element is obtained by connecting diodes 12a-12c and inductors 13a-13c in series respectively. Three units of such element are used, and one terminal of each diode is connected in common via terminal 15. Then the diode of the inductor side plus the terminal of the side where no connection is given to the diode are connected to input terminals 7a and 7b, output terminals 8a and 8b plus earthed conductor 16 each. Thus a phase shifter is obtained. To actuate this phase shifter, the forward bias is applied to diodes 12a and 12b in state I along with diode 12c receiving application of the reverse bias respectively, and the reverse bias to the above is applied in state II. |
