摘要 PURPOSE:To realize an automatic equalizing system which can decide equalization phase correction signals in a simple and high-accuracy way. CONSTITUTION:The phase-modulated complex signal supplied through input terminal 100 receives the convolutional addition with the complex tap coefficient of the automatic equalizer via convolutional adder circuit 101, and this output yn receives the phase turn toward the 1st direction through phase correction circuit 102 for the phase correction based on the compound phase signal obtained through compounding circuit 400 the follow-up phase supplied through terminal 106 and the bias phase supplied through terminal 401. Phase-corrected signal Zn is supplied to decision circuit 103 to receive decision for the transmission code. At the same time, signal Zn is supplied to subtractor circuit 104 along with output complex signal an of circuit 103 to grow equalization residual signal epsilonn. This signal epsilonn receives the reverse phase turn toward the 1st direction for the phase reverse correction through phase reverse correction circuit 105 and based on the compound phase signal, thus forming the control signal to correct the tap coefficient of circuit 101.
