<p>PURPOSE:To enable a scaling-off and also blowing-off of cut chips adhered firmly to a table of a machine tool and to improve a cut chips removal efficiency, by securing a plate spring at an opening end part of a pipe being attached at a point of an air hose. CONSTITUTION:A plate spring 2 is secured at the point of a pipe 1 being attached at the end of an air hose 3. When a bracket 6 revolves from a position A to a position B by a given revolving angle through the working of a revolving actuator 7, an electromagnetic valve 7 works, and air is injected from a pipe 1. Simultaneously, the spring 2 moves forward on a surface of a table 14 through the working of a cylinder 10 to scale off cut chips adhered to the table 14. Concurrently, the scaled- off cut chips together with isolated cut chips are blown off by air blown off from the pipe 1. Furthermore, since air is flown and stopped flowing by means of the electromagnetic valve 4, the cut chips can be automatically removed, and thus, a working efficiency can be improved eminently.</p> |
