PURPOSE:To improve adhesivness with relief and eliminate tackiness by using the adhesive layer comprising hardening the composition composed of linear polyester, multifunctional isocyanate and specific copolymer. CONSTITUTION:Linear polyester A, multifunctional isocyanate B and the copolymer C composed of conjugate di-olefinic hydrocarbon and alpha, beta-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid or these and mono-olefinic unsaturated compound are dissolved in a suitable solvent. At this time, further a curable monomer D, sensitizing agent E and tackfier F are preferably added. This solution is coated on a substrate followed by drying and hardening, whereby the substrate for photosensitive resin plate having adhesive layer is obtained. The hardened layer of the photosensitive resin compounded with the copolymer C, monomer D and sensitizing agent E is formed to a flat surface and in mat form on the adhesive layer having been formed in this way. |
