An electrical command signal 49 and a position feedback signal 47 from the piston are fed to a controller 48 which operates the valves 45, 46. A multiway slide valve 21 mechanically coupled to the piston has its supply line 16 connected to the throttles 38, 39 through a pressure reducing valve 19 and a throttle 52. A plurality of multiway valves and their control pistons may be arranged in a single unit. In a modification, the piston is formed integrally with the multiway valve.</p> |
