<p>The system has a store in which the signals are divided in time elements which are consecutively stored. They are rearranged in different order at a higher speed, forming quasi-statistical gaps which are filled with additional signals and transmitted. At the receiver the additional signals in the gaps are eliminated, remaining signals stored at a higher speed, rearranged in the original order and read out at a normal speed. The quasi-statistical gaps position and/or duration are produced without consideration for the time frame determined by the limits of the time elements.</p> |
