<p>PURPOSE:To enable to maintain high dust collecting efficiency for a long time, by setting up the distance between the discharge wire and dielectric filter provided at charging part at not more than 50mm. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the charging parts 24 are composed of the discharge wire 21 facing each other, the facing electrode 22 and the auxiliary facing electrode 23 and the dielectric filter 25 is provided in the rear of the part 24. The distance between the above wire 21 and the filter 25, is set up at not more than 50mm. Filament of polyester fiber etc. is used for the filter 25. The more the weight of used fiber per unit are is increased, the more early stage efficiency is improved, but when the dust is sticked on the surface, the more the weight of used fiber per unit area is made heavy, the more the efficiency is lowered remarkably. Lowering of dust collecting effect is prevented by strengthening the electric field toward the filter 25 form the wire 21 and collecting the dust forcibly even when the weight of used fiber per unit area is made heavy, because the above distance is set up at not more than 50mm.</p> |
