The tool carrier moves around a fixed axis and is provided with axial teeth with which it can be connected to the frame on which the carrier is mounted. The connection is made by means of axial cams. The axial cams are spring-loaded to push them into the locking position. The drive motor for the carrier is mounted over the central shaft. A freewheel and a centrifugal coupling are mounted behind one another on the shaft of the motor. Ratchet bolts in the weights of the centrifugal coupling engage with axial teeth on the frame.
