The flat item suction grab is partic. for lifting them off a stack, comprising two grab arms, vacuum pipes and suction cups. The arms (10,11) are steplessly adjustable through 90 deg. in relation to each other by means of a central hinge (12), and each has one or more hinges (20) steplessly adjustable through the same angle for components (23, 24) each with mounting discs (18) for suction cups. The discs are adjustable to any desired angle and are interchangeable, and they, together with components and arms, contain integral vacuum passages.
