<p>PURPOSE:To prevent uneven distribution of gas-removing material in fabrication of a filter used for an air cleaner, or in a ventilation duct, by putting a dielectric filter, gas-removing material, fibrous activated carbon, and a permeable textile base one upon another in above described order, and by needle-punching them. CONSTITUTION:On a needle punching machine is placed a dielectric filter 1 for collecting dust, and a fibrous activated carbon filter 2 for removing odor on the dielectric filter 1. Then gas-removing material 3, e.g., K2CO3 etc., is spread on the activated carbon, finally a permeable textile base 4 is placed on the gas-removing material, and needle-punched downward to fabricate a dust-collecting filter.</p> |
