PURPOSE:To achieve the support for oscillation system with durability, by giving the support the rigidity and avoiding the change in the stiffness, through the combination of polyvinylbutyral resin with thermoplastic resin poor in stiffness. CONSTITUTION:The base cloth is selected, as required, from natural fiber such as cotton, silk, and flax, or textile or non-textile of synthetic resin such as tetron, nylon, aromatic polyamide. The resin liquid combining polyvinylbutyral resin to the resin selected as the usage from the thermosetting resin such as phenol resin, melamine resin, and epoxy resin, is prepared and the base cloth is immersed in it and dried, then it is heated, pressed and molded to achieve the support for oscillation system. |
