PURPOSE:To reduce the ghost remained, by adding the differentiating circuit, phase detection circuit, square circuit, and high frequency interruption ciucuit with the circuit reducing the ghost through the systhesis of the video signal of a TV receiver and the signal delaying it. CONSTITUTION:The signal A including the ghost is fed to the TV receiver, the signal is delayed as the same amount as ghost at the variable delay circuit 3 via the signal synthesis circuit 2, it is adjusted at the amplitude and polarity adjusting circuit to reduce the ghost with the synthesis of the signal A at the circuit 2. The output of the circuits 2 and 3 is picked up the harmonics at the differentiation circuits 5 and 6 respectively to obtain the signals B and C. Those are phase-detected at the phase detection circuit 7 to output the signal D for the ghost remaining part in harmonics. the signal D is converted into monopolarity at the square circuit 8 to output the signal E, and this signal controls the high frequency interruption circuit 9. In the circuit 9, the part including ghost is rejected for the harmonics with the control of the signal E, the part not including the ghost is outputted as it is, to reduce the remained ghost. |
