PURPOSE:To establish the small sized crystal oscillator with low cost and high reliability, by remelting and sealing the bonding material under vacuum. CONSTITUTION:The bonding material 7 of alloy solder or monometal is given to the sealing part of the case 6 by using the means of plating. Similarly, the sealing part for the lower case has the same constitution as the upper case. The upper and lower cases having the bonding material are respectively molten for the bonding material through the use of the heating means such as resistance heating system or high frequency heating system under vacuum. The upper and lower cases having the bonding material molten in advance clip the oscillation piece, and the bonding material is remolten through the heating again under vacuum and the vacuum sealing is finished. Thus, the small sized crystal oscillator with low cost and high reliability can be established. |
